How ZipDPDP handles its own visitor and account data

This page covers ZipDPDP's own website and service-account activities. Each customer is responsible for its own notices and processing decisions; customer workspace records are handled according to the applicable service agreement.
Information and purposes
Account registration, login, billing, support and security operations may require contact, organization, authentication, payment-reference and service-usage records. The final policy must name each actual category, purpose, retention period and recipient after deployment review.
When the contact form is enabled, it collects your name, work email, organization, area of interest and message to respond to the enquiry. The message is encrypted in a transactional email outbox until delivery or terminal failure. The final policy must identify the monitored recipient and retention after email delivery.
If you allow optional first-party analytics, we count landing, pricing, registration-start, verification and activated-trial events by UTC day. We do not include visitor identifiers or form contents in those counts. Daily counts are removed after at most 90 days; the preference cookie lasts up to 180 days and can be changed on the cookie preferences page. Form abuse checks use Cloudflare Turnstile when public forms are enabled; the final policy must review that provider and its data handling.
Security and access
We design separate client databases, scoped staff access, encryption for sensitive outbox and backup content, and audit records. Production controls and hosting locations must be confirmed before this statement becomes final.
