The final terms must identify the contracting entity, service scope, customer and provider responsibilities, permitted use, subscription and payment terms, support, availability, termination, governing law and dispute process.

Service limits
Plan limits and integration behavior need to be stated in the approved order or plan schedule. No draft text here changes an executed agreement.
